All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and I cannot fit you in, you will lose your deposit. This is why I ask everyone to please allow time for parking traffic and other delays.
If you do not show up to your appointment your deposit will not be refunded or credited to another service.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must do so with at least 72 hours notice.
If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the appointment your deposit will not be refunded or credited to another service.
If you do not show up to your re-touch appointment or cancel with less than 5 days notice you will lose your free appointment and be charged as a colour boost if you re-book.
You have 6 weeks to return for your free touch up, anything after that is charged as a colour boost at $150 within 3 months maximum.
After your second session please provide a minimum 10 days notice or it will be charged as a third session.
Any third sessions required are charged at $150.
AFTERCARE packs are now $15 - (aftercare is crucial after any cosmetic tattoo procedure).
Due to an increased number of last minute cancelations and no shows I now require a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on all services. This deposit will be credited to your final payment following your completed service. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment I require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Have you had a previous tattoo in the same area by another artist? If so, please book a consultation with me PRIOR to making a booking.
You MUST supply your own anaesthetics and it must be applied to the brow area 40 mins prior to your arrival time. The recommended products, “Emla” or "Nummit” can purchased from your local pharmacy.
Payments can be made via Debit/Credit, PayPal or Cash.
Please note that your deposit will need to be paid online, prior to your appointment.
