At BROWS BY DEE, we’re all about creating a calm, professional, and stress-free space for every guest. To help us keep the vibe peaceful and flowing smoothly, please take a moment to review our policies below:

💖 Child-Free Environment

 

We love little ones, but for safety and relaxation reasons, we ask that children not attend appointments unless booked for a service. This helps keep the salon peaceful and distraction-free for everyone.

 

📵 Phone Etiquette

 

Please silence your phone and keep calls to a minimum. Our space is designed for relaxation, and we want every guest to enjoy their moment of calm.

 

💺 Waiting Area Etiquette

 

To ensure each appointment runs smoothly, please wait to be called before entering the treatment area. Take a seat, relax, and we’ll be with you shortly! Enjoy Our Light Refreshments 🍵

 

💳 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Deposits

 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

If you arrive 15+ minutes late and we’re unable to accommodate your service, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

No-shows will lose their deposit with no credit toward another service.

 

Reschedules/cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to retain your deposit.

 

For bookings over 1 hour, we require 5 business days notice.

 

For bookings over 1.5 hours, 7 business days  notice is required.

 

PAYMENTS 💰💵💳

Payment Update

Please note that our new payment system via Fresha applies a small processing fee of 2.29% of the transaction amount plus $0.20 per transaction.

 

To thank our clients who choose to pay with cash, we offer a 5% discount on all cash payments.
